Back and neck pain
Pain that makes it hard to sit at work, sleep through the night, turn your head while driving or pick up your kids.
What we see
- Low back pain, with or without pain into the leg
- Neck pain and stiffness, including pain into the shoulder or arm
- Pain between the shoulder blades
- Stiffness after sitting, driving or sleeping
How we approach it
Your first visit starts with listening and a hands-on exam of the joints, muscles and nerves involved. Treatment is hands-on: soft tissue work and joint mobilization, with Dr. Kaczmarek working with you one-on-one. You'll also learn what to do at home between visits.
Signs you need urgent care
Go to an emergency room right away if back pain comes with loss of bladder or bowel control, numbness in the groin or inner thighs, fever, a recent serious fall or accident, or weakness in a leg that is getting worse. If you have a history of cancer or unexplained weight loss, tell us when you call.
